Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@woodanza.in or +91-9606833312 as soon as possible.
    • If the order has not been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  2. After Shipment:

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy (see below).

Woodanza.in reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of products
  • Errors in pricing or product description
  • Issues identified by our fraud detection team

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

  2. Ship the Product:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refund Processing:

    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
