Woodanza.in ships products across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. Woodanza.in is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays and Damages
